Elea, member of the i3-food project consortium, involved with the PEF preservation food technology, will be a sponsor of the Juice Summit 2017 (and the Dr. Stefan Toepfl one of the speakers). This is one of the most important events for the international juice industry, and there Elea will show the benefits of the Pulsed Electric Field technology for the juice products: enhancement of the extraction of valuable compounds, antioxidants, color pigments… and a gentle safe inactivation of microbes at low processing temperatures.
