Past 26th January 2018 at Wageningen University (The Netherlands), Wageningen Food & Biobased Research held a free open demonstration workshop for the High Pressure Thermal Sterilization (HPTS) food technology.

During this day, close to 20 attendants from food processing companies were able to learn about the benefits, features and future of the HPTS as a food technology. The workshop also included a pilot scale demonstration with conditions similar to operational industrial environment, performed in the Wageningen Food & Biobased Research facilities.
